'25th Ordinary Diocesan Council'

| The 25th Ordinary Diocesan Council of Diocese of Amritsar, Church of North India was held from June 3-6, at Auckland House School, Shimla with the theme “Moving Ahead in Unity for Witness and Service” (Hebrew 12:1). More than 200 participants including all the Presbyters of the Diocese, Heads of various institutions and boards, Lay delegates, Nominees, Invitees, and Fraternal delegates from partner churches and church related originations took part in the council. The Most Rev. Dr. P.P. Marandih, Moderator, Church of North India delivered a sermon in the inaugural worship service. He asked the people to move ahead in unity to serve God. He also encouraged people to seek God’s guidance for the growth of the Diocese of Amritsar. |
